Bob Lundquist

 Bob Lundquist, a lifelong resident of Wabash County, has been very active in the Real Estate and Appraisal business since 1980. Indiana Licensed Broker and a respected Indiana Certified General Appraiser; Bob is also a designated Farm and Commercial appraiser with NAIFA. 2007 & 2008 President of the Wabash County Association of Realtors. 2007 - 2010 Director of the Central Indiana Multiple Listing Service, which services 6 counties in North Central Indiana, serving in 2008 as the Secretary/Treasurer for CIRMLS. Interim director of the newly formed 6 county merger into the Realtors Association of Central Indiana. Bob also served the citizens of Wabash for 20 years as a member of the Wabash City Fire Department, retiring in 2005 as a Captain.

Kristi Lundquist

 Kristi is an Associate Broker and has listed and sold both residential and commercial properties since 2003. She is also a Certified General Appraiser in the State of Indiana and has been appraising residential and commercial properties since 1994 in Wabash and the surrounding counties. She has served as the 2008 Secretary of the Wabash County Association of Realtors and has been awarded the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute.  Prior to becoming involved in real estate Kristi had experience in mortgage lending.

Jody Lundquist

 I have been a very active in real estate and appraising since 1974. I received my salespersons license and joined the National Association of Realtors in 1974. I was the third woman to become a Realtor in Wabash County. I received my Brokers license in 1976. I bought the real estate business from Floyd & Bonnie Fearnow in 1981 and changed the name to Lundquist Real Estate. In 1990 I obtained my Appraisers License  and became the first woman in Wabash County to become a Certified Appraiser. I belong to a number of organizations including the National Association of Realtors, and the Indiana Appraisers Association. I take further education every year to be informed and up to date on changes in Law and Appraising.

Barbara Pearson

 I graduated from Southwood High School and attended International Business College. I have lived in the Wabash area most of my life. I have my Real Estate Salesperson license and am an Indiana State Licensed Residential Appraiser. I am a member of the local Realtor Association and have served on the Board of Directors. My husband, Rob, and I have five children and nine grandchildren. We attend New Life Christinal Church in Warsaw.

Lynn Yohe

 Principal Broker and Public Relations man. I am a people person. My background is farming and retail sales. I have an Associates degree in Business Administration and Finance which has been a big asset in helping people in the buying and selling of real estate. I have been a licensed real estate agent since 1979. My wife Sharon is also a licensed agent in the same firm. I enjoy community work and believe in giving back to my community. I was Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce in 2003-2004. I am a member of the Christ United Methodist Church. Sharon Yohe
